Virtual POS is a payment solution that allows us to accept virtual payments of any kind directly through the website, issuing an automatic digital receipt as soon as the transaction is finalised. This means that the customer will be able to book the room in real time and pay virtually and in total security. We rely on Stripe, a well-known online payment platform.
How to book a flat online
Are you unsure how online payment works and how to book a flat? Below is a step-by-step explanation, with a video explanation in Italian and English.
Our tutorial on how to make a reservation
From the home page of the www.agriturismolegirandole.com website, click on the Book Now button to access the booking engine. If necessary, you can change the language from the menu at the top right.
Select the dates of your stay and the flat you prefer from those available. Click on Details to view the flat's characteristics, a brief description and view photos.
Click Proceed and enter your personal details, following the instructions on the screen. Accept the Booking Terms and Conditions.
You are now required to pay a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount. Choose the payment method you wish to use: bank transfer, prepaid card or credit card. Finalise the transaction.
Pay by bank transfer or Pay by Link
It is now also possible to pay the remaining 80% of the total booking price directly online (as well as directly at the hotel). There are two solutions to pay the remainder: bank transfer or Pay by Link.
To proceed with the payment via Pay by Link, all you have to do is contact us. We will email you a payment request containing a link. By clicking on the link you will be redirected to an online payment page where you can enter your card details and finalise the transaction.
Once the transaction has been made, the confirmed booking will appear directly in our management system.
